Yard Coordinator - El Paso
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Yard Coordinator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of trailers and commercial vehicles within the yard, ensuring accurate data entry in the Yard Management System (YMS) and coordinating with dock teams to optimize loading and unloading schedules while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
Pay Rates
13.00 USD hourly
Requirements for Yard Coordinator
1 to 2 years of experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or yard operations.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
Skills for Yard Coordinator
Demonstrate the ability to make quick, effective decisions to resolve traffic bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate clearly with drivers and internal warehouse teams via radio to coordinate trailer movements.
Role for Yard Coordinator
Manage the flow of trailers and commercial vehicles within the yard.
Ensure accurate data entry in the Yard Management System (YMS).
Coordinate with dock teams to optimize loading and unloading schedules.
Maintain strict safety and compliance standards throughout the yard.
Assist with general warehouse inventory tasks as needed.
