Production CoordinatorLong Island City, New YorkAbout You:As a Production Coordinator, you'll keep creative work moving. You'll manage a moderate-to-large flow of assets between copywriters, designers, and motion designers, making sure every file is where it needs to be, in the right version, at the right time. You understand how creative teams work, you catch problems before they become delays, and nothing gets lost on your watch.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Manage the flow of creative assets between team members: intake, versioning, organization, handoffs, and deliveryTrack project status across multiple concurrent workstreams and keep stakeholders updated on progress, owners, and deadlinesMaintain clean, consistent file organization and naming systems so assets are always findable and currentUnderstand core creative roles (copy, design, motion design, post-production) and how work moves through the pipelineCommunicate directly and proactively with internal team members and external partnersRecall and provide project details (who, when, where) on demand, and route inquiries to the right personSpot liabilities or gaps in creative concepts and timelines that could complicate delivery, and raise them earlyHandle basic production accounting: navigate a budget, reconcile receipts, balance a ledgerProof and correct spelling and grammar across documents, sheets, and slidesRequirements:2+ years of experience in production coordination, traffic/asset management, or project management on an agency or in-house creative teamExperience supporting B2B clients or brands is a major bonusStrong verbal and written communication with internal teams, clients, and external partnersExceptional organizational and information-management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous eye for quality and detailProficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation softwareProactive problem-solver, adaptable to evolving project needsNice To Have:Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related fieldFamiliarity with asset management or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Frame.io, DAM platforms)Our Interview Process Includes, But Is Not Limited To The Following:Excel Knowledge and Typing TestWe Offer A Competitive Salary And Benefits Based On Ability Level Including:Base Salary DOE ($65,000-$75,000)Unlimited Vacation PolicyMonthly Phone StipendComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options401(K) Plan With MatchingDog Friendly OfficeHybrid Work OpportunityBonus Perk - $50/week Seamless AllowanceAbout Within:Within is the world's first Performance Branding company, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
