• Administer a range of ultrasound examinationsincluding abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, ensuring each step is communicated with empathy and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to present high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and manage patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certification Requirements

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
