Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist who will join a thriving team committed to delivering top-notch care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct various ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patients feel at ease and well cared for during their procedures, clearly explaining each step
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring providers to deliver exceptional diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, reporting any issues promptly
• Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in the electronic medical records system
• Stay informed of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques

Education and Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Licensure and Certifications

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent is mandatory
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
