Marketing Operations Associate

Working remotely with a preference for local candidates in Irvine, CA, the part-time Marketing Operations Associate II will manage cross-functional promotional review committee meetings, oversee the review process for multiple brands, and ensure compliance with best practices and company policies. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage cross-functional promotional review committee meetings, including building agendas and facilitating discussions Manage all aspects of the review process for multiple brands, collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient completion Enable best practices and SOP conformance while providing guidance and training to MLR participants Required qualifications: Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment Familiarity with promotional review systems such as Veeva strongly preferred Moderate to advanced Microsoft skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) General understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of marketing operations experience
