About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of the HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's growth, cultural evolution, and workforce planning needs. This includes ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations, serving as a strategic advisor to the executive team, and overseeing all HR operations from talent acquisition to employee relations. The VP of HR will also lead initiatives to enhance company culture, promote employee engagement, and foster a high-performance work environment that is in line with the company's mission and values. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, particularly in a government contracting or technology-driven environment, is required. The role demands a strong understanding of federal contracting requirements and employment regulations, as well as a proven track record in leading HR transformation, culture-building, and employee engagement programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, and be adept at overseeing recruiting operations and workforce planning in a fast-paced setting. HR certifications and a background in DEI initiatives are a plus, and a high-energy, sunny personality is preferred.
