About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a senior organizational leader with a focus on advancing workforce strategies that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall leadership and accountability in the HR function, including workforce sustainability, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a strong partnership with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into practical workforce solutions and to promote a culture of psychological safety, resilience, and staff well-being. The VP, HR will also lead the development of workforce pathways, ensure effective onboarding and training, and oversee HR systems and continuous improvement efforts. Candidates for the VP, HR position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with a senior-level HR certification. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience is required, with a preference for those with a background in behavioral health, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments. Essential competencies include strong organizational and workforce planning acumen, sound judgment, the ability to lead through change, and a commitment to fostering a respectful and healthy workplace. The role demands a clear, empathetic, and credible communicator with a high degree of alignment to the company's mission and values, and the ability to manage complex workforce issues in a mission-driven organization.
