We are seeking an Audiologist to conduct medical evaluations for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

Veterans will submit their claims prior to your assessment. Their medical histories will be accessible through a digital portal, allowing you to review them during the appointment. You will administer both the Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test. Additionally, the Audiologist will fill out a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) within the portal, which serves as the medical documentation necessary for the VA to determine the veteran’s benefits.

Please note that the Audiologist will not be responsible for prescribing any medical treatments or devices.

This role typically involves reviewing and assessing an average of 3-6 Veterans each day.

Schedule: Part Time or Full Time

This is an IN-PERSON role that provides: 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes per patient. There are no evening shifts, on-call duties, weekends, or hearing aid sales involved.

We are looking for an Audiologist who:

• Holds an Au.D. and has graduated from an ASHA Accredited institution.
• Possesses a valid Audiologist license.
• Meets the credentialing standards established by the VA.

• Malpractice Insurance provided by our organization.
• Options for health insurance are available.
• Membership for ASHA Learning Pass (CEU).
