About Us

We are an established independent insurance agency serving clients throughout the Central Valley. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our team and help provide exceptional service to our growing book of commercial clients.

About the Position

The Commercial Lines Account Manager / CSR will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing and management of an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with clients, carriers, and producers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Commercial Lines experience and be familiar with the processes involved in servicing commercial insurance accounts from new business through renewal.

Responsibilities

· Service and manage an assigned book of Commercial Lines accounts

· Respond to client requests and provide timely, professional customer service

· Process policy changes and endorsements

· Issue certificates of insurance

· Assist with renewals and new business submissions

· Request and review loss runs and other underwriting information

· Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters

· Follow up on quotes, endorsements, renewals, and outstanding items

· Assist clients with policy and billing questions

· Review policies and documentation for accuracy

· Maintain accurate and organized client records

· Assist producers with account management and renewal activities

· Manage multiple accounts and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

· Perform other duties related to Commercial Lines account servicing as needed

Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience

· Active California Property & Casualty license required

· Experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage preferred

· Applied Epic experience strongly preferred

· Working knowledge of Commercial Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Business Owners Policies

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and deadlines

· Professional and friendly communication style

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually, depending on experience.
