Employee Relations Business Partner

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Employee Relations Business Partner to join their team. As a Employee Relations Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate willhave strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Employee Relations Business Partner Location: Remote What's the Job? Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for all employees and levels of management in the organization. Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Triage employee relations casework, identify potential solutions, and take appropriate actions using established guidelines. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends to drive proactive solutions. Help balance risk, considering employee, business, and company perspectives while designing and facilitating manager training based on data analysis. What's Needed? 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles. Experience managing an average case volume of 50+ cases at any given time. Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assisting with risk management related to the business. Effective project management, change management, and independent program driving skills.
