Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Norwalk, CT by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Sign On Bonus $10000
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Join a dedicated OTR team operating nationwide dry van freight out of Norwalk, CT with HMD Trucking.
Key Duties:
- Execute long-haul dry van runs safely
- Perform thorough inspections and maintain logs
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimal routing
What Sets Us Apart: Trucks under three years old equipped with APUs, inverters and sleeping berths, backed by in-house maintenance. You’ll earn a competitive 77 CPM split, weekly averages of 5,000 miles, plus safety, clean-inspection and referral bonuses.
