This full-time contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 caseload for the entire school year. You'll be instrumental in enhancing students’ communication skills and helping them achieve academic success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current Connecticut SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12
• Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social success
• Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
