Salesforce Virtual Assistant

THE VA GROUP

We are looking for a highly resourceful, adaptable **Salesforce Virtual Assistant** to build, maintain, and optimize our sales and marketing technology stack. You will work closely to support Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Sales Engagement. The ideal candidate leverage AI tools for research, learns technical tools quickly, and manages end-to-end campaign execution independently.

**Key Priorities**

* **Priority 1:** Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) setup, automation rules, forms, landing pages, and lead scoring/grading.
* **Priority 2:** Salesforce Sales Engagement (cadence management, email template design, and multi-touch outreach sequences).
* **Base CRM Maintenance:** Managing core Salesforce CRM data (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities), field mapping, and system sync.

**Core Responsibilities**

* **Automation & Journeys:** Build multi-criteria automation rules, Engagement Studio programs, and multi-touch cadences.
* **Email & Landing Pages:** Design HTML/CSS compliant email templates, manage A/B testing, create responsive landing pages, and handle CAN-SPAM/privacy compliance.
* **Data & Analytics:** Perform CSV data imports/exports, deduplication, list segmentation, sync error troubleshooting, and engagement reporting.
* **AI & Resourcefulness:** Use AI tools for rapid research, problem-solving, and self-directed technical troubleshooting using Salesforce Trailhead and documentation.

**Requirements & Skills**

* **Technical Experience:** Hands-on experience building in Salesforce CRM, Account Engagement (Pardot), or similar sales/marketing tech stacks.
* **Learning Agility:** Proven track record of coming up to speed rapidly on new tools with minimal oversight.
* **Troubleshooting:** Ability to diagnose email bounce issues, sync errors, and form submission failures independently.
* **Execution & QA:** Detail-oriented mindset with a test-first approach to mass email sends and system configuration changes.
