Overview
Outside Sales RepresentativePotential Compensation: $200,000 – $400,000 (Top performers average $250k+ by Year 2) Location: San Jose and surrounding communities Leads: 100% Warm/Marketed Leads Provided (No Cold Calling/No Door-to-Door)

Responsibilities
As the face of Service Champions, you will visit clients' homes to provide "Trustworthy, On-Time, and Worry-Free" service.Needs Analysis: Conduct technical home surveys and measure existing systems.
Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners on options to improve their indoor comfort, air quality, and energy efficiency.
Closing: Present solutions and secure the "YES" by building trust and demonstrating value.
Customer Experience: Deliver a "Remarkable Service" experience from the first handshake to the final signature.
Continuous Growth: Stay a "Life-Long Student" through ongoing professional development and sales coaching.
Qualifications
We are looking for high-energy "closers" who thrive in a results-driven environment.
Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience (Home Installation or Repair sales is a huge plus).
Communication: Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
Grit: Ability to work in varying climates and physical environments (attics, crawl spaces, and roofs).
Integrity: A commitment to honesty and representing our brand with pride.
After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, MVR and reference check
Annualized potential compensation based on individual performance: $200,000 - $400,000
