The role also involves driving AI enablement and leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff role at the company is a growth-minded, data-driven decision-maker with a strong interest in community, partnerships, and paid growth channels. They should be a collaborative problem solver, a strong communicator, and capable of fostering a positive and supportive work environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
