Job Purpose:
You're the first impression and the final farewell. As a host, you create a warm welcome, keep things running smoothly at the front door, and help guests start their experience off right. What You'll Do:

- Greet every guest like they're family and seat them with intention.
- Manage reservations and waitlists, making sure both guests and servers are set up for success.
- Stay aware of what's happening in the restaurant-events, crowd flow, table turns, and special requests.
- Keep up with the menu, specials, 86'd items, drinks, and anything else guests may ask about.
- Know your floor plan like the back of your hand-seat numbers, capacity, setup, and more.
- Share info about local happenings or attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Friendly, professional, and quick on your feet.
- Can communicate clearly in person and on the phone.
- Organized and confident using a POS or reservation system.
- Comfortable handling basic math for party counts, bills, or reservations.
- Previous host or customer service experience a plus!
- On your feet the entire shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 20 lbs occasionally)
- Talking with guests and answering phones throughout your shift
