Job Description Are you looking for an opportunity to start a hands‑on career in automotive collision repair? We are looking for an Auto Body Technician Assistant to join our team! You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals in a fast‑paced environment where you're sure to stay busy and continue to develop your skills. We provide a positive social atmosphere, hands‑on training, and excellent pay and benefits. The Body Shop Technician repairs vehicles following all established standards and procedures. They deliver the highest quality body shop repairs while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Technician must produce quality results on time and with efficiency. The ideal candidate may have some post‑secondary automotive training and some dealership experience, though not required. They have an unrestricted drivers license and a clean driving record and a strong technical and customer service performance record. A certification or designation in the field of automotive repair is a plus. Responsibilities Repairs and restores vehicles as assigned Assist body shop technicians with disassembling and reassembling cars Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored Follows all safety policies and procedures Responsible for reading work order Assists with coordination of parts needed Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Previous body shop experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate! Professional and dependable Unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record Experience working in a collision repair or body shop a plus Polishing experience required Quality conscious and detail-oriented Knowledge of how to take apart new and used vehicles is a plus!
