Description Tarantino Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Leasing Agent to join our team in the Southwest Houston area. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships We offer an attractive hourly pay + commission structure. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone Give apartment tours and highlight community features Process applications and lease paperwork Build relationships with current and future residents Help meet leasing and occupancy goals Support resident events and community engagement Requirements Previous leasing experience required Experience in RealPage / OneSite software required Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Friendly, professional, and confident communicator Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player mindset Benefits Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
