What We're Looking For: VML Health is searching for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team of healthcare marketing experts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members, and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. What You'll Do: * Lead and manage a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing project execution and ensuring client satisfaction. * Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, aligning with client goals and industry best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and technology, to deliver exceptional results. * Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to agency growth and expansion. Who You Are: * A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute successful healthcare marketing campaigns. * A confident and persuasive communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. * A problem-solver, able to navigate complex challenges and find creative solutions. * A mentor and coach, committed to developing and supporting junior team members. * A results-oriented individual, with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to driving client success. What You'll Need: * 3-6 years of agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale interactive marketing projects, preferably in healthcare. * Demonstrated knowledge of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation in healthcare. * Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
