Pool Cleaner

Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Pool Cleaner! First-year Potential: $40k - $50k based on performance. Schedule Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday*). Hours: start to finish job, so depends on last job completed. Requirements Must hold a valid driver's license with at least five years of license issue date. Minimum of 2 years of Residential or Commercial Pool Cleaner experience. Willingness and ability to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). Proficiency with electronic communication and devices. Ability to work indoors and outdoors for extended periods, even in extreme temperatures. Comfortable managing a workload of 8–12 pools per day. What You'll Do Remove debris from pool surfaces and floors, balance chemicals, and maintain pool equipment to the highest standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, CSRs, and customers to deliver exceptional service.
