1st Shift Assembly

AssemblyQPS Employment Group has immediate Assembly openings available at an established Rockton, IL company. This is a great entry-level, 1st shift position in a temperature-controlled environment.Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Organizing workstation and evaluating workstation for safety daily.Assembling large and small units according to customer specifications at a quick pace.Following step by step written and on-screen directions to assemble dispenser units.Rotating workstations every two hours to perform different assembly processes may be required.Using hand and pneumatic power tools including a torque gun.Soldering and gluing parts may be required during assembly process.Assembly Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25lbs continuously throughout the shift.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to bend, twist, and reach continuously.Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.Some assembly experience required.Ability to follow written and verbal directions in English.Ability to read blueprints and have good mechanical aptitude preferred.IND017 About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
