IMCES (Institute for Multicultural Counseling and Education Services, Inc.) has an immediate opening for a Licensed Psychologist, part-time or full-time, with the capacity for clinical supervision. IMCES is a community clinic that contributes to our community in 2 major domains.1. Direct health/ mental health services to under-resourced, culturally diverse target populations across the spectrum of mental health challenges. 2. Workforce development/ Clinical Training Programs for mental health professionals, specifically APA-Accredited training programs for predoc and postdoc. Qualifications: Knowledge and ability to provide clinical supervision for APA-accredited doctoral and postdoctoral clinical training programs.Mandated requirement of 6 hour Certificate of Supervision Certification in any EBP for working with children and adults (preferred)Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic records)Ability to coordinate research projects and conduct seminars (preferred). Goodness of fit with the agency mission, culture, and value as a service provider and clinical training site: the team member is required to be invested and interested in updating/ upgrading their knowledge and skillset to remain open for feedback as a method of reflective practice and communication.
