Auto Claims Team Lead

Supervising multiple teams of examiners, the full-time Auto Claims Team Lead will manage liability claims operations, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Supervises and supports multiple teams of examiners, ensuring effective workload management and training Identifies trends and issues, advising management on process improvements and coordinating projects Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, maintaining professional client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Six years of claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role Thorough knowledge of claims management processes for multiple product lines Licenses and professional certifications as required by the line of business preferred Strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
