Production Supervisor (Second Shift)

Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor is responsible for driving safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations while building a high?engagement, high?performance team. This role is fully accountable for end?to?end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. The Supervisor establishes and sustains a results?driven culture grounded in safety, quality, accountability, and continuous learning.This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the Production department located in Duncan, SC and will be an on-site role. The expected work schedule for this role is 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday.What you will do:Drive improvements in processes, for Safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.Execute daily production schedules to achieve On?Time Delivery (OTD) targets.Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)Who you are:Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flowExperience in leading high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferredComfortable balancing multiple priorities and provides focus to team to ensure alignment on the critical few
