What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Stack and move finished goods safely
- Complete production paperwork and track scrap
- Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S)
- Communicate with team members and report any issues
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts
- Move materials with assistive equipment as needed
