Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and documentation requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to adapt strategies for a diverse student population
• Ability to work exclusively onsite in a collaborative, supportive educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy to students per IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and progress evaluations
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school district and legal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team collaboration sessions
• Support sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skill development across age levels

This is an in-person only position at 0.5 FTE, offering flexibility for those seeking to support students while balancing other personal and professional commitments.
