Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is an onsite, in-person position with a .5 full-time equivalent (FTE) schedule, offering the perfect balance between professional fulfillment and personal flexibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience working with school-aged children—school-based OT experience highly desirable
• Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention skills
• Ability to craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educational teams
• Clear communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting students’ unique physical, social, and cognitive needs
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for students facing a variety of challenges
• Implement therapeutic activities and strategies within the classroom and individual/small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate OT goals into the students’ educational programs
• Document services and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaborations
• Provide consultation or recommendations for classroom adaptations and equipment, as needed
