Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting PreK through 8th grade students as a dedicated Occupational Therapist. This position spans six months, beginning August 12, 2026, and continuing through mid-February 2027, offering you the experience of making a real difference throughout the academic year. With full-time hours set at 37.5 hours per week, your expertise will be highly valued as you collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their developmental and academic goals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience with PreK–8th grade students, particularly in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and the ability to document progress effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate therapy goals within the curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and district requirements
• Consult with families and provide resources or home programs to reinforce therapeutic outcomes
