This position offers the chance to support students across K–12 as you help provide essential speech and language services, primarily covering maternity leaves. While the assignment is currently set for one semester, there is a possibility of extending through the entire school year depending on district needs. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet all district hiring and compliance requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K–12
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state standards
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, educators, and families to develop and monitor student goals
• Flexibly serve a dynamic caseload based on immediate school needs, primarily covering maternity leaves
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment
