Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract opportunity calls for a dedicated SLP who is passionate about making a difference in students’ lives. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week for the entire 22/23 school year, collaborating with a supportive school-based team near Fremont, CA.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with high school-aged students, preferred
• Skilled in pediatric speech therapy and teletherapy
• Knowledge or experience in school-based and healthcare settings
• California state licensure or eligibility required
• Open to SLPAs with healthcare background

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Deliver therapy services in collaboration with educators and support staff
• Track student progress, maintain records, and document outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize innovative strategies and teletherapy tools as needed
