Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a full-time, onsite position—ideal for compassionate professionals ready to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication and language skills. Licensed SLP-CCCs who are out-of-state are welcome to apply as California travelers.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP-CCC license required
• Accepted backgrounds: SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY with school-based experience
• Experience or genuine interest in supporting K-12 students across diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering positive student outcomes in an onsite school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input to educational teams
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, for the duration of the academic year (August 8, 2026–May 26, 2027)
