As a Labor and Delivery nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting mothers and their newborns through the birthing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood
Utilizing knowledge of age-related growth and development to individualize the nursing process
Collaborating with a midwife-led team to offer personalized, low-intervention pregnancy care
Ensuring adherence to the Standards of care and practice
Documenting patient care using Epic EMR

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Need 2 years experience in Labor and Delivery setting
Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience required
Epic EMR experience required
AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years preferred
Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification required
Must have a New Hampshire RN License or Compact License
COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
Traveler must have their own vehicle
