Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for their Columbus team! Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of design for HVAC for Healthcare, Commercial, Higher Education or Laboratory projects Provide advanced heating/cooling load calculations with Trace/HAP Identify sequences of operations for AHU's, CHW and HW systems Develop sections/elevations of complex duct work and piping areas, equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases and air and water flows Edit specifications Assist with completing RFI's for a project and review submittals Deliver appropriate documentation using proper scope for SD, DD and CD level documents Meet with contractors during bid phase to review design details Requirements: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering 8+ years of mechanical design experience PE License Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
