Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice focuses on a diverse group of children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years, dealing with a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and behavioral issues. The counselor's role is vital in helping these young individuals navigate their challenges and achieve improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• At least three years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on child and adolescent populations.
