WCS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join a high-performing L&D team at a respected hospital in Morristown, NJ. The ideal clinician is confident in fetal monitoring, labor management, emergency response, and supporting providers throughout the childbirth process.

Job Function:

• Shift: 36 hrs | 3x12 Nights | 7:00 PM- 7:00 AM
• Assess and categorize patients into the appropriate level of care
• Apply and interpret external fetal monitoring, including fetal heart tracings and uterine activity
• Implement timely interventions based on fetal heart rate patterns and maternal condition
• Identify and respond to obstetric emergencies, escalating to providers appropriately
• Administer medications safely in accordance with the Five Rights and infection-control standards
• Perform pain assessments and reassess per clinical guidelines
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care

• Current RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing- preferred
