Adobe Target Technical Consultant (Remote)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Technical Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of Adobe Target solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in personalization, experimentation, analytics, and integration with the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Adobe Target activities, audiences, offers, and personalization strategies.
Develop and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, and automated personalization initiatives.
Configure Adobe Target integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, and other MarTech solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Target implementations, data collection, audience segmentation, and delivery.
Work with developers, product teams, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support implementation using at.js, Web SDK, APIs, and server-side Target capabilities as applicable.
Validate tracking, data collection, audience qualification, and experiment performance.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for personalization and experimentation.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion and customer engagement.
Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and configuration standards.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target .
Strong understanding of experimentation, personalization, audience targeting, and optimization.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and web technologies .
Experience troubleshooting Adobe Target implementations and integrations.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and data collection concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Target certification.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
Experience with server-side personalization and Adobe Target APIs.
Knowledge of customer data platforms, tag management, and consent/privacy frameworks.
Experience working in enterprise digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
