Job Description:

We are seeking a Contract Intelligence Analyst to join the Company's Compliance Intelligence Program. This role is focused on three core operational areas: 314b request processing, SAR supporting documentation fulfilment, and intelligence referral triage and intake.

In this role, you will serve as a central triage point for the Intelligence Program's internal and external referrals, process and respond to 314b requests, and manage law enforcement supporting documentation requests. You will conduct open-source and internal research, assess exposure across the company's platforms, route qualified referrals to the appropriate investigative queues, and ensure all activity is tracked and documented in accordance with program standards.

Responsibilities

Intelligence Triage & Intake:

Serve as a central intake and triage point for internal and external intelligence referrals submitted via designated channels (internal referral forms, shared inboxes, etc.)

Review incoming internal referrals against established program criteria to determine acceptance or rejection, documenting rationale for all triage decisions

Process external referrals from law enforcement, child safety organizations, and non-governmental agencies by logging, researching, and triaging incoming leads

Conduct exposure and account matching across all company's product platforms using available identifiers (names, DOBs, SSNs, Cashtags, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, BTC wallet information, etc.)

Utilize open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and internal tools to identify and document associations between referred activity and company's customer accounts

Determine and document triage outcomes (e.g., assignment created, no exposure, exposure but covered, exposure but no activity) and update tracking systems accordingly

Route accepted referrals by creating investigation cases with appropriate tags (patterns, origins, products) and assigning to the correct investigative queues

Process employee/contractor referrals with appropriate sensitivity handling and restricted queue routing

Support post-SAR law enforcement outreach by collecting SAR-related metadata and escalating to team leads for formal dissemination

Maintain accurate records across all intake trackers and assignment logs

314b Request Processing:

Receive, track, document, and triage all 314b requests from member institutions, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Conduct open source and internal database checks on subjects related to 314b requests

Maintain accurate records and reporting on all 314b request activity, turnaround times, and outcomes

SAR Supporting Documentation Fulfillment:

Monitor and act upon SAR supporting documentation requests from law enforcement

Track and document each request and follow up with law enforcement for any additional inquiries

Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate internal teams as needed

Qualifications

You have:

2+ years' experience in EDD, transaction monitoring, compliance/AML, or intelligence analysis with a financial institution, law enforcement agency, or a payment-focused company

Direct experience with intelligence triage, case intake, or referral processing in a financial crimes or compliance environment

Experience processing 314b requests and/or fulfilling law enforcement documentation requests

Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, risks, and typologies

Demonstrated ability to conduct exposure checks and account matching across multiple platforms and data sources

Proficiency with open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and collections techniques

A strong operations mindset with the ability to manage time-sensitive directives and self-manage workflow across competing priorities

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for tracking high volumes of requests and referrals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfort working within structured workflows and documenting decisions with clear rationale

Even Better:

Experience with SQL and/or Snowflake for conducting exposure and account research

Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM)

Experience with TLOxp, Lexis Nexis or similar investigative databases

Relevant industry certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS, CRCM)

Prior experience working with FinCEN's 314(b) information-sharing program

Experience handling sensitive employee/contractor investigations with appropriate discretion
