Human Resources Assistant
Groundworks New Mexico
The University of New Mexico Foundation seeks a Human Resources Assistant to support and enhance the employee experience through the effective administration of human resources programs and services. Reporting to the Managing Director of Human Resources and working closely with the Senior Associate Vice President of Human Resources and other HR team members.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality are essential. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, leadership, vendors, and external partners.
Other Information/Requirements:
- High school diploma/ GED required.
- Two (2) years of directly related experience.
- Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience.
