Data AnalystThis is an Experienced Professional-level Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst position focused on turning operational and business data into actionable insights. Core ResponsibilitiesResearch, analyze, consolidate, and interpret business and operational data using statistical and data analytics techniques.Collect data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.Operate, optimize, and support existing data-management tools, applications, and databases.Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs for management and other stakeholders.Identify trends, patterns, performance issues, and opportunities for process improvement.Support business projects by solving non-routine analytical and technical problems.Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical methods, business processes, tools, and technical solutions.Provide functional guidance to operational or less-experienced team members when required.Ideal Candidate Profile2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree with applicable knowledge.Strong foundation in data analytics, statistics, databases, or a related technical/business discipline.Ability to work independently on assigned projects and deliver against defined milestones.Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.Experience working with databases, data-management systems, reporting tools, or analytical applications.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
