Job Summary: The Production Specialist supports the manufacturing process by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. This role involves working in a team-oriented environment, maintaining a clean workspace, and following safety protocols to achieve production goals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Production Operations:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line.
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Verify Accuracy of product to ensure accountability for all units.
- Material Handling:
- Load raw materials into machines and move finished products to designated areas.
- Maintain proper inventory levels on the production line.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Communicate progress and issues to team leaders or supervisors.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance or cleaning on production equipment.
- Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Ability to operate or learn to use production machinery and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- The working environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.
