• Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time) or alternative 10-hour shifts (Monday-Wednesday) as needed
• Hours/Week: 32-40 hours/week

• License/Certifications: Active Oregon licensure, DEA, BLS, AONCP certification required
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Hematology/Oncology or related field preferred

What You ll Do

• Manage outpatient hematology/oncology patients in a hospital-based clinic setting
• Collaborate with an oncologist and work independently on designated days
• Respond to lab results, communicate with patients, and coordinate care with the oncology nurse navigator
• Manage patients in infusion suite and triage patient concerns
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up on patient progress
• Support a multidisciplinary team including infusion nurses, dietitians, social workers, and care coordinators

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Oregon license and DEA registration
  • AONCP certification
  • BLS certification
  • At least 1 year of Hematology/Oncology experience (preferred)
• Preferred:
  • Prior outpatient oncology experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
