JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required - Certified
Licenses: Licensed in OR
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS (required), AONCP certification required
Other Qualifications: Epic EMR proficiency

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage hematology/oncology patients in clinic and infusion suite
Respond to patient lab results, manage in-basket messages, and triage calls with nurse navigator
Collaborate with oncologist and multidisciplinary team including infusion nurses, dietitian, social worker, and palliative care specialists
Work independently when oncologist is not on-site
Maintain patient care coordination and documentation using Epic EMR
