Key Responsibilities Lead architecture, design, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform Architect and deliver custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (mandatory) Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions Define platform architecture, governance standards, and best practices Design integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms Provide technical leadership to development teams (code reviews, design validation) Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications built on ServiceNow Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams Drive continuous improvement, platform optimization, and upgrade strategies Required Qualifications 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture roles Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow App Engine (mandatory) Proven experience in building custom apps, workflows, and automation using App Engine Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM – any) Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes) Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, third‑party systems) Strong understanding of data modeling and platform architecture Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Skills: app, platform architecture, Servicenow #J-18808-Ljbffr
