We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Agent to support maintenance, logistics, inventory, and parts management activities within a fast-paced industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operational support, logistics coordination, inventory management, or maintenance support, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Search for parts using internal systems and catalogs
* Create, manage, and track work orders in SAP, GSI, and SES
* Create new parts within internal systems
* Launch and close inspections using operational tools
* Support billing and documentation related to work orders
* Perform administrative duties including filing and archiving
* Collaborate closely with maintenance teams, warehouse staff, and the client regarding parts management
* Provide reports and updates to stakeholders
* Support inventory management and stock control activities
* Track parts movement and inventory accuracy within SAP
* Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
* Follow all health and safety procedures and standards
Qualifications
* Experience in operational support, logistics, maintenance, or inventory coordination
* SAP experience is considered a strong asset
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments
Schedule
Day Shift - Lachine
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Occasional Night Shift Coverage - Vaudreuil
Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Agent(e) de Support Opérationnel organisé(e) et autonome afin de soutenir les activités de maintenance, de logistique, de gestion des pièces et d'inventaire dans un environnement industriel dynamique.
Le candidat idéal possède de l'expérience en soutien opérationnel, coordination logistique, gestion d'inventaire ou support à la maintenance, et est à l'aise dans un environnement rapide nécessitant une excellente gestion des priorités.
Responsabilités principales
* Effectuer la recherche de pièces dans les systèmes et catalogues disponibles
* Créer, gérer et assurer le suivi des bons de travail dans SAP, GSI et SES
* Créer de nouvelles pièces dans les systèmes internes
* Assurer le lancement et la fermeture des inspections dans les outils informatiques
* Supporter la facturation et la documentation des bons de travail
* Effectuer diverses t"ches administratives, incluant classement et archivage
* Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance, d'atelier et le client pour la gestion des pièces
* Fournir les rapports nécessaires aux différentes parties prenantes
* Participer à la gestion des stocks et au suivi des inventaires
* Assurer la traçabilité des mouvements de pièces dans SAP
* Effectuer les décomptes cycliques d'inventaire
* Respecter les normes de santé et sécurité au travail
Qualifications
* Expérience en soutien opérationnel, logistique, maintenance ou gestion d'inventaire
* Expérience avec SAP considérée comme un atout important
* Bonne capacité d'organisation et de gestion des priorités
* Souci du détail et rigueur
* Esprit d'équipe et autonomie
* Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et opérationnel
Horaire
Quart de jour - Lachine
Lundi au vendredi : 6h00 à 14h30
Quart de nuit occasionnel - Vaudreuil
Dimanche au jeudi : 22h00 à 6h30
Job Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in operational support, logistics, inventory coordination, maintenance support, or a similar industrial environment
* Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred
* Experience managing work orders, inventory tracking, or parts coordination
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems
* Ability to support warehouse, maintenance, and logistics operations as needed
* Availability to work onsite 5 days per week in Lachine
* Flexibility for occasional night shift coverage in Vaudreuil when required
