The next $1T company will be a software company masquerading as a services firm.
\n \nDon't just take our word for it. YC, Sequoia, A16z are all funding companies in this space, of which insurance brokerages are one the largest markets ($160B TAM).
\n \nSheltra is backed by tier 1 insurance VCs to deliver on that same promise. We're build a generational commercial insurance brokerage.
\n \nWe've already seen strong traction with medical practices across the US, our first vertical. And are now establishing the founding team.
\n \nFounder background (Aqil Rashid):

- 3rd startup in healthcare (prev. longevity company, medical device company) \n
- Ex-Bain (healthcare consulting) \n
- Brown undergrad, Wharton MBA dropout \n
Your role:
\n- \n
- Whatever it takes to connect with medical practices across the US \n
- Lots and lots of calling practices and setting meetings \n
- Extreme optimism and agency (you figure out YOUR way to make it happen) \n
