We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable **Staffer** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, is highly organized, and is passionate about ensuring appropriate staffing levels to support quality resident care.**Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are strongly encouraged to apply.**## Position SummaryThe Staffer is responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining staffing coverage, monitoring attendance, and working closely with nursing leadership to ensure operational staffing needs are met.
