Inside Sales Manager

Managing authorized retailers in the North Texas Region, the full-time Inside Sales Manager will support dealer business needs, drive territory growth through existing accounts and new dealer acquisitions, and increase activations across all verticals, with minor travel required for company events. Key responsibilities Build key relationships with dealers and vendor partners while advocating for their business growth Set and measure performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and activation goals Provide onboarding and training support to new dealers to ensure successful launches Required qualifications Proven track record as a sales professional with a strong background in business discussions Dynamic and highly motivated individual with effective time management and goal-oriented skills Experience with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing tactics Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge of Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries is preferred
