Accurately collect and maintain customer information while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and compliance programs. Foster positive relationships with customers and business partners through professional, responsive support.Your Impact:Deliver the highest level of customer service to clients, fellow employees, and external business partners.Maintain accurate and complete customer records in accordance with company policies and procedures.Ensure the privacy, security, and confidentiality of customer information.Assist with customer follow-up activities as directed.Support quality assurance initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts as needed.Enter and maintain customer information and related documentation accurately and efficiently.Effectively manage multiple phone lines and communication channels.Prepare and maintain written documentation that is clear, concise, and accurate.Organize and file customer records and other documentation according to established guidelines.Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient workflow.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Be at minimum a good fit for the job, as determined by the Talent Sorter assessment preferred.
