CNC Lathe Setup Technician - 2nd Shift

CNC Lathe Setup Technician We are seeking experienced CNC Lathe Setup Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with machining experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality precision components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC lathes and general machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job routings Load, unload, and manage machine programs Inspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checks Identify and communicate production concerns or process improvement opportunities Troubleshoot machine and production issues as needed Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Support team production goals and assist fellow operators when needed Skills and Experience: Education: HS Diploma required Experience: 2-5+ years of CNC lathe experience required; experience working on CNC Puma, Daewoo, and/or Mazak machines preferred Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints required Software: Experience with Mastercam highly preferred What We Offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Group Life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability Insurance Paid time off 9 company paid holidays Overtime opportunities Please Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
