Job Description

Serves as Goodwill's first point of contact for corporate office visitors and callers. Responsible for answering/routing all incoming calls, greeting visitors, and referring to appropriate staff or department in a friendly and professional manner. Ensures employee, visitor and facility situations are appropriately and promptly addressed.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answer and route calls to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  2. Greet visitors/guests, ascertain business, direct to proper location/personnel. Communicate with visitors/guests with diplomacy and tact remaining professional at all times and firm when necessary.
  3. Assist with human resources administrative tasks as needed.
  4. Miscellaneous duties as assigned to include sign for deliveries and inform recipient; hand address employee Birthday Cards monthly for Executive signature and prepare for mailing.
  5. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
